Charles, the visionary behind esyndico®, designed its core platform and user experience to make marina management simpler and more community-focused. With over 15 years of experience in real estate and a knack for connecting people, Charles leads Product Strategy & Operations, ensuring that every feature serves a real need.
Fun Fact: Charles has owned a yacht for over 12 years and still has no idea how to sail
Greg Johns, Chief Revenue Officer, CRO
Greg brings his sales expertise to esyndico®, having achieved over 20% growth in the real estate sector and a successful exit from a top UK digital solution. As the driving force behind Sales & Marketing, Greg ensures esyndico® reaches marinas ready to embrace innovation.
Fun Fact: Known for his quick wit, Greg claims his secret to sales success is a mix of strategic thinking and “a good cup of tea.”
Imad Abel, Chairman
Imad leads Business Strategy & Investment with over 20 years of experience in growing digital businesses across Europe. He previously took a French housing software company to #1 in the market, and he brings that same strategic vision to esyndico®.
Fun Fact: Imad believes in big thinking and big numbers. Rumor has it he once tried to negotiate with a vending machine—and won.

Edouard’s expertise in marina strategy is invaluable to esyndico®. With over 15 years of experience leading yacht sales across Europe, Edouard advises us on the unique needs of the marina market, keeping our strategy both anchored and agile.
Fun Fact: Edouard claims he’s spent more time on yachts than in his own living room. And if there’s one thing he knows, it’s how to navigate both waters and markets.
Sandeep Kumar, Chief Technology Officer, CTO
Sandeep leads Product Development, drawing from over 15 years of experience in building SaaS solutions for multi-million-dollar companies. His technical strategy ensures that esyndico® runs smoothly and innovates consistently to meet the needs of modern marinas.
FFun Fact: When he’s not coding or managing teams, Sandeep is rumored to be creating a “tech survival kit” for when AI finally decides to take over the world.
